Book Reivew How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman
     


With more than 2000 recipes to choose from, you might take a while to cook your way through this book - How to Cook Everything.

First published in 1998, author Mark Bittman has managed to update this version with new ingredients but more importantly, this book strives to teach the fundamentals of cooking. It is very basic and would suit a novice cook as it instructs the reader from ways to scale a fish to how to cook potatoes 10 ways. The only drawback is that there aren’t any photographs of the completed dishes however that means that there is more room in the book for recipes!
